Full Notification

A new traffic light has been activated at the intersection of Echelon Rd and Kirkbride Rd. The traffic light will operate on flash until August 5th, 2020 at which time the intersection will become fully functional. 
As a reminder a flashing red traffic signal means the same as a STOP sign.  Motorists must come to a complete stop before entering or crossing the intersection.  The motorist can only proceed after yielding the right away to all traffic on the intersecting street.
Conversely, a yellow (amber) flashing traffic signal is an indication of a potential hazard and requires motoirsts to proceed through the intersection with caution.
