PRESS RELEASE: Vehicle Burglary Suspects Arrested

Suspect #1: Keyshaun Anderson, Age: 24
Address: Vacaville Resident
Suspect #2: Jarvis Lewis, Age: 24
Address: Vallejo Resident
Los Altos, CA – Los Altos Police Department arrested suspect Keyshaun Anderson and suspect Jarvis Lewis for Burglary (felony) – 459 PC, Attempted Burglary (felony) – 664/459 PC, Petty Theft from Vehicle (misdemeanor) – 484/488 PC and Possession of Stolen Property (Misdemeanor) – 496 PC.
On July 25, 2020 at approximately 6:00 am, Los Altos Police officers responded to the report of multiple vehicle burglaries that had just occurred in various locations throughout south Los Altos. Investigating officers obtained video evidence which provided a description of the two suspects and a suspect vehicle.
On July 26, 2020 at approximately 7:40 am, Los Altos Police officers obtained information that similar vehicle burglaries were occurring in Sunnyvale. The suspect descriptions and suspect vehicle description were similar to what was obtained the day prior, while investigating the Los Altos vehicle burglaries.
On July 26, 2020 at approximately 9:00 am, Los Altos Police officers located the suspects and the suspect vehicle on Highway 680 and Durham Road in Fremont. The suspects were contacted and positively identified as those responsible for the vehicle burglaries in Los Altos. The suspects were also found in possession of stolen property. The two suspects were arrested and booked into the Santa Clara County Main Jail for the above listed violations.
