Fatal Traffic Accident UPDATE 
On Saturday, July 25, 2020 at 9:53 AM, the Middleton Police Department responded to a traffic accident in the 6200 block of Century Avenue. A motorcycle traveling westbound and being driven by a 48-year-old male from Middleton was struck by a vehicle being operated by a 55-year-old male from Verona. The driver of the motorcycle was transported to UW Hospital, where he later died from his injuries. His name is being withheld pending notification of family members.
At this time, there is no evidence of criminal wrongdoing by either party and the investigation is ongoing. Anyone who may have witnessed the crash, or the events that preceded it, are encouraged to contact the Middleton Police Department at (608) 824-7300.
