Child Sex Assault Suspect Arrested 
Suspect: Yazmani Moreno Ramirez, 36-year-old male and Redwood City resident (In-custody)
On Monday, July 27th, 2020, at approximately 00:46 AM, Redwood City Police Officers responded to an address in the 300 block of Redwood Avenue on a report of the suspect having sexual intercourse with his twelve-year old biological daughter. The suspect, identified as Yazmani Moreno Ramirez, was arrested at the scene. The victim provided a statement to detectives confirming the allegation and disclosed a similar pattern of behavior by her father. Ramirez was booked into the San Mateo County Jail for lewd and lascivious acts on a minor, unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor, and incest.
