AVOID N/B Richmond Rd at IL 120. It will be closed for approx. 30 mins to remove cargo container. 
A cargo container that fell of a truck early this morning is in the process of being removed from the intersection of Richmond Rd and W. Elm St. This will require that we block the all Northbound lanes on Richmond Rd. at Elm St. This should take between 30-60 minutes. Please find an alternate route until approx. 2:00 PM
