Ontario Police have arrested a man believed to be responsible for a stabbing that occurred earlier today.

Officers responded to the Capri Motel in the 1200 Block of East Holt Blvd. at 11:51 this morning.  Once on scene, they discovered the victim of a stabbing in the parking lot.  The victim, a 39-year-old male from Ontario, was transported to a local hospital where he died from his injuries.

OPD investigators immediately began following leads which led to the arrest of the suspect less than 6 hours after the incident.  The suspect, whose identity will not be released at this time, was taken into custody without incident.  There are no outstanding suspects at this time.
