Meridian Police arrested a thirteen (13) year old male for one (1) count felony Malicious Injury to Property.
Between July 8th and July 28th, Meridian Police responded to eight (8) separate vandalism reports at Fuller Park, Chaparral Elementary School, and one private residence in the area of Ten Mile Road and Park Creek Drive. The graffiti depicted profanity along with other monikers on playground equipment, bathroom stalls, benches, ACHD signage, with a total estimated damage of $3,620.00. Officers obtained the suspect’s description from Meridian Parks and Recreation security video footage and were able to catch him while conducting extra patrols in the neighborhood.
