City of Middleton Public Works has advised as part of the Conservancy Bend development project, the contractor will need to close northbound Parmenter Street near the roundabout to install water main beginning Monday, August 3.

This closure will not affect southbound Parmenter Street and access will be maintained to all nearby businesses. The contractor will sign a detour route for northbound Parmenter Street to follow Franklin Avenue, Park Lawn Place, Park Street and Donna Drive.

The contractor will replace the curb and provide a temporary asphalt patch on the street by the end of the week before opening the road to traffic again. In the event of significant rain delays, they may need to extend the duration of the temporary closure and detour.
