07/20/2020 @ 2350. Two woman gained entry to the building lobby by waiting for a resident to leave. Once inside, the suspects removed unsecured mail packages from the mail room. #03419

07/21/2020 @ 1529. A man cut the lock and removed a Cannondale bicycle from the parking lot. #03434
 
Other Burglary (Suspect Arrested)
8900 block Santa Monica Blvd
07/21/2020 @ 2130. A man jumped the fence and used an unlocked door to gain entry. The suspect removed food and alcohol from the kitchen. The suspect was arrested by responding deputies after being found asleep inside the business by an employee. #03421

07/26/2020 @ 0225-0230. An unknown suspect used a mail key to gain access to the building lobby and opened a wall of resident mail boxes. The suspect left the area without taking any mail after being seen by a resident. #03492

07/26/2020 @ 0313. A man used an open garage gate to gain entry and removed property from unlocked vehicles. The suspect then went to building mail room and pried open mail boxes and removed mail and unsecured packages. #03498
