07/20/2020 @ 2350. Two woman gained entry to the building lobby by waiting for a resident to leave. Once inside, the suspects removed unsecured mail packages from the mail room. #03419

07/21/2020 @ 1529. A man cut the lock and removed a Cannondale bicycle from the parking lot. #03434
Other Burglary (Suspect Arrested)
8900 block Santa Monica Blvd
07/21/2020 @ 2130. A man jumped the fence and used an unlocked door to gain entry. The suspect removed food and alcohol from the kitchen. The suspect was arrested by responding deputies after being found asleep inside the business by an employee. #03421

07/22/2020 @ 0030. A woman was hit on her head with a glass bottle by another woman during an argument at a house party. #80032

1400 block Laurel Avenue
07/22/2020 @ 2300-0730. An unknown suspect removed the catalytic converter from a 2003 Honda Element that was parked in the carport of the residence. #03466

07/24/2020 @ 0430. A man used force on a metal security gate to gain access and removed five car polisher buffers from the car wash bay. #03464

07/24/2020 @ 1621. A man gained entry to the secured sub parking garage and was seen pulling on vehicle door handles by a resident. The suspect was arrested by responding deputies. #03469

07/25/2020 @ 1615. Two men removed 23 bottles of perfume from a display area and left the store without payment. #03485
Strong Arm Robbery (Suspect Arrested)
8700 block Shoreham Drive
07/25/2020 @ 1459. A man removed an engagement ring from the victim’s hand during an argument at their residence. The suspect was arrested by responding deputies. #03483

1100 block Hacienda Place
07/25/2020 @ 2330-0830. An unknown suspect damaged a door lock to gain entry and removed a garage clicker from the interior. #80033

1300 block Havenhurst Drive
07/26/2020 @ 0225-0230. An unknown suspect used a mail key to gain access to the building lobby and opened a wall of resident mail boxes. The suspect left the area without taking any mail after being seen by a resident. #03492

1200 block Olive Drive
07/26/2020 @ 0313. A man used an open garage gate to gain entry and removed property from unlocked vehicles. The suspect then went to building mail room and pried open mail boxes and removed mail and unsecured packages. #03498
