On 08-02-2020 at 9:30pm, deputies were dispatched to the area of US Hwy 150 and Pennington Rd in reference to a gunshot wound. Upon arrival deputies found a male, David Robinson 55 of West Terre Haute, lying on the ground with a gunshot wound. Deputies immediately gave assistance to Mr. Robinson by administering CPR and using an AED. Mr. Robinson died at the scene. Another male was also shot in the incident and was transported to Union Hospital, then airlifted to an Indianapolis Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The investigation is on-going.
