Certain city parking garages opening ahead of Storm Isaias 
The following city parking garages will be open to residents beginning Monday, August 3 at 6PM through Wednesday, August 5 at 8AM:
- York Street Garage, 215 West York Street
- Bank Street Garage, 420 Monticello Avenue
- St. Paul's Lot, 521 Wood Street
ODU parking garages will also be available to residents Monday, August 3 at 6PM through Wednesday, August 5 at 8AM.
