The Cornwall Borough Police Department is seeking to identify an individual involved in a confrontation with a Precision Pipeline Company worker that occurred today (Monday), approximately 1:10 PM, at the pipeline construction site along Tice Lane between Cornwall Road and North Cornwall Road. The individual involved, a white male, believed to be late 20's to early 30's in age, was operating a Volkswagen GTI, white in color, with a female of the same age in the passenger seat. During a verbal confrontation the subject directed a number racial slurs toward the worker. He then drove to the end of Tice Lane, turned around and returned to the pipeline site, getting out of his vehicle with a tire iron and again threatening the worker. With a number of other construction company workers on site, the individual got back in his vehicle and drove off.
