The Healdsburg Police Department seeks your help in locating a missing child: Elias "Eli" Goldsmith. Elias is considered at-risk and was last seen wearing black pants, a black shirt with an unknown red logo, and possibly not wearing shoes. Elias has a mustache and goatee. His hair is dyed red in color. He was last seen riding a black and blue bike towards the downtown Healdsburg area.
