The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for... Central Monroe County in northeastern Pennsylvania... Central Northampton County in eastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 130 PM EDT.

* At 935 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Up to three inches of rain have already fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other drainage and low lying areas.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include... Easton, Mount Pocono, Bethlehem, Forks, Tobyhanna, Wilson, Nazareth, Bangor, Pen Argyl, Wind Gap, Bath, Belfast, West Easton, Tatamy, East Bangor, Steuben, Glendon, Stormville, Pocono Pines and Skytop.

* AFFECTED AREAS: NORTHAMPTON, PA ... MONROE, PA
