Please see below for safety issues for both our residents and the engery company employees:

·        Outside of life and limb situations our crews cannot go up in bucket trucks in winds in excess of 35 mph.

·        Report all outages, even if you believe someone else has already called it in.

·        Refrain from calling multiple times to reduce the call volume and the production of duplicate outage orders.  

·        Treat all downed wires as if they are live electric wires, they may be. 

·        If a road is closed due to downed wires, do not attempt to drive over the downed wires.
