DPW is working overnight to clear trees from roads to make them passable. Non-emergency tree work will take multiple days and even weeks to clear as we have downed wires and trees into homes in multiple places around town. Please be patient as DPW reports Eversource has only one crew in the area at the moment working to de-energize downed wires so power restoration will take quite awhile as well.
