Sea Girt residents, we are sorry to report that the information we posted and announced about free ice and water from JCP&L at local area supermarkets is unfortunately incorrect information, since they never showed up at any of the locations today. Please be advised the Sea Girt Fire Department is gracious enough to open their doors for a quick phone charge or small cooler of ice. 7pm-10pm social distancing and facial coverings a must.
Restoration news....JCP&L report in Sea Girt 679 houses are without power, which is 46% of our residents.
JCP&L is reporting 90% of their total outages, statewide will be restored by this weekend. Information will be posted if anything changes. Stay tuned and be well
