At 702 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. Up to one inch of rain has already fallen.
Some locations that could experience flooding include... Vineland, Millville, Bridgeton, Cumberland, Pleasantville, Northfield, Absecon, Buena, Egg Harbor City, Laurel Lake, Weymouth, Estell Manor, Newfield, Port Republic, Greenwich, Shiloh, Corbin City, Newport, Dorothy and Bricksboro.
This includes the following highways... Garden State Parkway between mile markers 33 and 48. Atlantic City Expressway between mile markers 4 and 22.
