The police department is attempting to locate the owner of a dog that was struck this morning on Northwood Drive in West Cornwall Township. The dog is male mixed breed, appears to be part Chihuahua, tan/gold & white in color. No collar. Anyone with information is asked to contact Cornwall BoroughPD at 717-274-2071.
