Fire hydrant testing begins Aug 11th. This may cause temporary discoloration of water.  We apologize for any inconvenience, testing is necessary to ensure the hydrants are functioning properly.  If you experience discolored water, do not use hot water and wait approximately 60 minutes then run cold water from a laundry/bath tub.  The water is chlorinated and still safe just not aesthetically pleasing.  Once the water runs clear, you can resume normal usage.  For more information visit www.roseville-mi.gov
