The Kern County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public’s assistance in locating two suspects for embezzlement and corporate theft of over $4,000,000 from a local agricultural business. After a three year investigation by the Crimes Against Persons Unit, two $4,000,000 arrest warrants were issued for Jon William Schmidt and Deborah Hollis-Coburn of Tracy, California, on 7/30/2020. Schmidt and Hollis-Coburn have not been located.
