We were just notified that PG&E expects to initiate rolling blackouts impacting all areas of Lake County, including the City of Lakeport today (August 17, 2020). Outages are expected to begin as soon as 5pm with power being restored around 8pm. It is expected that individual areas will be impacted for approximately one hour.
