SUBJECT: Motor Vehicle Stop Leads to Narcotics Arrest

LOCATION: State Highway 35 in Ocean Township
ACCUSED: Dameen Gibson 22 year old male of Long Branch, NJ
NARRATIVE: On August 18th, 2020 at approximately 11:57 pm Officer Dean Schoch conducted a motor vehicle stop for a traffic violation on State Highway 35. He made contact with the driver, Dameen Gibson, who was the lone occupant of the vehicle. Further investigation revealed that Gibson was in possession of Oxycodone without a valid prescription, marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Gibson was placed under arrest and charged with Possession of CDS, Possession of Marijuana, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was later released on a summons pending a future court appearance.
