Cedar Grove Police Dept. advises you to AVOID Rt. 23 from Cedar Grove Parkway north to Montclair Ave. tonight due to road construction. Several side streets in the area will be closed and will require a detour of traffic between 8:00 PM and 6:00 AM.  Residents of Park Ridge Estates should use the back gate on Eileen Drive to access their neighborhood due to a closure at Vincent Rd and Rt.23.  Also, residents along West Lindsley Road & N. Mountain Avenue should use Main St. to Route 23 due to a closure at the Lindsley/Rt.23 Intersection.  The NJ State Police are providing traffic control for the project and it has been requested that they assist the residents as much as possible in accessing their neighborhoods.  The closures should be tonight only affecting these streets.
