Community Warning System has changed their number from 0000000000 to 925-655-0195. 
The Community Warning System (CWS) has established a new number that will be displayed when you receive a notification. Previously, it displayed 0000000000, which was often mis-labeled as a Spam Call by many phones. The new number is 925-655-0195.
Please save this number in your cell phones and, if possible, save it as a Favorite or as an Emergency Contact so that it will ring through and not be blocked. Remember, CWS will only be used in an emergency, to pass on urgent information or when there is a previously announced drill.
Everyone should register all of their phones with CWS...each registration can include 5 different phone numbers. We recommend that every landline and cell phone in the house be registered to increase the chances of receiving a call (in case there is a communications failure, calls blocked or other issue).
