Wanted fugitive Kenneth Christopher Campbell has been apprehended. Campbell was taken into custody in DeKalb County, Indiana during the late hours of 08/20/2020. No information concerning the apprehension was available. Campbell was subsequently returned to Steuben County the next day and booked into the Steuben County Jail on two outstanding felony arrest warrants and one misdemeanor arrest warrant. Campbell his being held without bond pending an initial court appearance. The Sheriff's Office would like to thank all those who assisted with providing tips and information.
