Full Notification

On Thursday August 20, at approximately 7:00 PM Officers responded to a disturbance call, with shots fired, in the 300 block of Pleasant Hill Avenue North. On arrival they located a female with a gunshot wound to the face. A suspect was taken into custody at the scene without incident. The suspect’s name is being withheld pending further investigation.
The victim was transported to Memorial Hospital Santa Rosa where she was later pronounced deceased. She has been identified as is Cynthia Marie Janssen.
