Alex Eugene was taken into custody by the U.S. Marshals in Alabama and is currently being held at the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, Alabama.  Eugene was taken into custody without incident.   

Eugene made Sheriff Hill’s top ten most wanted on March 8th, 2020 at a location in Riverdale.  On this date, Alex Jack Eugene and a female victim were driving down the road when Eugene, who had been drinking, made a sexual advance on the victim that was rebuffed.  The female victim attempted to get out of the vehicle, but Eugene would speed up the vehicle, after stopping, preventing the victim from exiting.  The victim tried many times to exit the car, but failed.  When they arrived at the incident location, the female victim exited the vehicle and attempted to call 9-1-1.  Eugene snatched the phone from her hand and began to choke her.  This action caused a $500.00 necklace that was around the victim’s neck to break and left three scratches on the right side of her neck. 

When Eugene stopped choking the victim, she attempted to remove her belongings from Eugene’s vehicle.  Eugene quickly got into the driver’s side of the vehicle and drove away while the victim was still inside, dragging her down the street.  This caused scratches on the victim’s elbows and injured her ankle.  This attack took place in front of the victim’s 13-year-old son.

Soon Eugene will be giving a free ride to “The Hill-ton” where he will practice facing the wall at Georgia’s toughest para-military jail.
