* Until 1145 PM EDT Tuesday.
* At 544 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain which will cause flooding. Up to two inches of rain have already fallen.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include... Frostburg, Keyser, Westernport, Romney, Bel Air, Fort Ashby, Lonaconing, Piedmont, Cresaptown, Rawlings, Springfield, Barton, Midland, Midlothian, Franklin, Green Spring, Woodland, Oldtown, Luke and Spring Gap.
* AFFECTED AREAS: ALLEGANY, MD ... HAMPSHIRE, WV ... MINERAL, WV
