#LASD is Asking for the Public’s Help Locating At Risk Missing Person Epigmenio Reyes Mares “Carlos”, #Palmdale 
Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Missing Persons Unit investigators are asking for the public’s help locating At Risk Missing Person Person Epigmenio Reyes Mares “Carlos”.
He is a 72 year-old male Hispanic who was last seen on Tuesday, August 25th, 2020, at approximately 10:30 p.m. on the 2700 block of E Avenue R-12 in the city of Palmdale.
Epigmenio is 5’06” tall, 160lbs.with black eyes, slick back short brown hair, and clean shaven. Last seen wearing gray pants and blue flannel shirt.
Mr. Mares has dementia and is bipolar with moderate depression, diabetes and high blood pressure. His loved ones have not seen or heard from him. They are very concerned and asking for the public’s help.
