Sewer Main Break Closes Portion of E. Bidwell Street 
Two northbound lanes on E. Bidwell Street between Oak Avenue Parkway and Folsom Lake College are closed due to a sewer main break.
The incident happened at approximately 5:30 p.m., and the cause is unknown at this time. Crews are working on a sewer line bypass and preparing for cleanup and repairs to the original line.
Additional lane closures may be required on Oak Avenue Parkway at Creekside Drive as crews access the nearby sewer lines to achieve the bypass.
Motorists, pedestrians, and bicyclists are urged to avoid the area. There is no disruption to water or wastewater services as a result of the sewer main break.
