Three Injured in a Two Vehicle Crash 
Sheriff Richard J. Behnke reports his deputies responded to a personal injury crash on 08-28-2020 at approximately 1121 hours, in the area of US 12 and Birch Rd., Porter Township, County of Cass. A vehicle driven by Carter Ryan (20 year old of Granger IN), was turning left from US 12 into a private drive when he failed to yield to a vehicle driven by Terry Folker (50 year old of Goshen IN), that traveling eastbound. Carter, his passenger Hunter Ryan (17 year old of Granger IN) and Folker were all transported by ambulance to Elkhart General Hospital for their injuries. Seat belts were worn. Alcohol and drugs do not appear to be a factor. This crash remains under investigation.
Deputies were assisted on scene by SEPSA Fire / Ambulance and Edwardsburg Ambulance
