Flood Warning until 04:00PM 
Flood waters have receded, and are no longer expected to pose a threat to life or property as additional heavy rainfall tonight should not be substantial enough to lead to additional flooding. However, please continue to heed any road closures. Major area rivers will also be cresting just below flood stage late this afternoon and early this evening as runoff from the heavy rain focuses in the major drainage areas.
