E. Bidwell Street Northbound Lane Closures Due to Water Line Break 
A water line break related to sewer main repairs has required the closure of all northbound lanes on East Bidwell Street between Scholar Way and Oak Avenue Parkway. Crews are working on repairs to the water line.
Motorists, pedestrians, and bicyclists are urged to avoid the area. Detours are being established.
