The City of Albany has advised that beginning at 9 a.m. on Monday, August 31st Rapp Road will be closed at Gipp Road until further notice due to a traffic analysis for the Rapp Rd development project.

There will be no access to Western Avenue from Rapp Road at Gipp Road during the analysis and motorists should seek alternate routes.
