08/17/2020 – 08/27/2020. An unknown suspect removed the catalytic converter from a 2006 Toyota Prius that was parked on the street. #03963

08/21/2020 @ 2239. A man and a woman were sitting in a car that was parked along the curb when the suspect approached them while armed with a handgun and demanded their property. The victims complied and the suspect fled the area on foot. #03874

08/26/2020 @ 1845. A man gained access to a guest house located in the back yard of the main residence. The suspect was found inside the guest house by the homeowner and arrested by responding deputies. #03934

08/26/2020 @ 2334. After parking their vehicle in the sub parking garage, a man and a woman were waiting for the elevator when the suspect approached them while armed with a handgun and demanded their property. The victims complied and the suspect fled the area on foot. #03942

08/27/2020 @ 1815-1730. An unknown suspect removed two garage door openers from the interior and lighting equipment from the trunk. No sign of forced entry. #03969

08/28/2020 @ 1200-1500. An unknown suspect removed a laptop computer from a tote bag that was left unattended inside the business. #03970

08/28/2020 @ 1334. A security guard contacted the suspect outside the store regarding a shoplifting incident. An argument ensued and the victim was pushed to the ground. The suspect removed $1500 from the victims pocket and then fled the area on foot. #03964
