Suspect: Shea Nobbs, 25-year-old male (In-custody)

Suspect: Giovanny Ochoa, 18-year old male (In custody)

On Thursday, September 3rd, 2020, at approximately 06:10 AM, Redwood City Police Officers responded to the 2800 block of El Camino Real on the report of a robbery. Officers arrived on scene and contacted the victim, who stated she was walking to work when two subjects approached her and grabbed her arms attempting to take her cell phone. The suspects were unable to take the victim’s cell phone but were successful in taking the victim’s headphones. Officers broadcasted a description of both suspects, who were last seen fleeing southbound on El Camino Real, to responding units and both suspects were located and detained in the vicinity of the robbery. The victim positively identified the suspects, who were identified as Shea Nobbs and Giovanny Ochoa. The suspects were in possession of the victim’s property.

Nobbs and Ochoa were booked into the San Mateo County Jail for robbery.
