Operation Blue Roof is a priority mission managed by USACE for
FEMA Federal Emergency Management Agency
This is a free service to homeowners. Parties affected by Hurricane Laura are encouraged to submit a Right-of-Entry application. The following Louisiana parishes are currently eligible for Operation Blue Roof: Allen, Beauregard, Calcasieu, Cameron, Jefferson Davis & Vernon.
