Possible "Rolling Blackouts" This Evening 
The Shberiff's Office has received notification of possible CAISO “rolling blackouts” commencing around 16-1800 today, if called for by the CAISO. It appears that portions of the City of Clearlake, Clearlake Oaks, and Finley/Big Valley may be shut off for several hours this evening.
Conservation NOW may avert the need for blackouts!
