On August 31, 2020, the victim reported she lost her wallet, which contained various items including cash. During the investigation it was determined the defendant (Flohr) had possession of the victim’s wallet. On September 4, 2020 the defendant was arrested and arraigned before MDJ Plum and incarcerated in the Franklin County Prison in lieu of $50.000 dollars bail.
