Sheriff Richard J. Behnke reports that on September 8, 2020 at approximately 2:41 PM, his deputies were dispatched to the 10000 block of Bair Lake Rd, Porter Twp, Cass County, Michigan for a ATV crash that involved injuries. Upon arrival, deputies made contact with the driver of the ATV. The driver was identified as 40 -year-old Timothy D. Krucina of Hobart, IN. Krucina states that he was driving a ATV around a beanfield when he believes that he hit the front breaks causing him to fly over the front of the ATV. Krucina was not wearing a helmet at the time of the crash and alcohol does not appear to be a factor. Assisting on scene is Newburg Fire and Ambulance. Krucina is transported to Three Rivers Hospital for minor injuries.
