PG&E to Proceed with Public Safety Power Shutoff Monday-Wednesday; CRC Locations Posted

PG&E has alerted Napa County that the forecasted Public Safety Power Shutdown (PSPS) will begin in some parts of Napa County at 9pm tonight with full power restoration expected by Wednesday Sept 9, around 9pm.  PG&E estimates 5,028 customers in Napa County will be impacted. 

For the most accurate and current information, check PG&E’s outage map and enter your address in the address look-up function.

PG&E will open three Community Resource Centers (CRC) in Napa, where impacted residents and visitors can drop in to access ADA-accessible restrooms and hand-washing stations, medical equipment charging, device charging, Wi-Fi, bottled water, and snacks. PG&E’s CRCs will be open between 8am to 10pm at the following locations:

  • ANGWIN: Pacific Union College, 1 Angwin Ave, Angwin, CA
  • CALISTOGA: Highlands Christian Fellowship, 970 Petrified Forest Rd, Calistoga, CA
  • ST HELENA: Saint Helena Catholic School, 1255 Oak Ave, St Helena, CA

Remember to bring a face covering, as all PG&E CRCs follow state and county guidelines to fight COVID-19.
