Flood Warning until 03:00AM Tuesday

At 122 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated slow moving thunderstorms with very heavy rainfall across the warned area. Between 1 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Marion, Bluffton, Decatur, Portland, Hartford City, Gas City, Berne, Upland, Ossian, Fairmount, Dunkirk, Albany, Montpelier, Jonesboro, Redkey, Geneva, Sweetser, Swayzee, La Fontaine and Van Buren. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are possible in the warned area.
