The Police Department, and the West Cornwall Township Office have received numerous complaints concerning golf carts being driven on the streets in Quentin. These are not golf course owned carts, rather golf carts purchased by residents for recreational use.
These carts are NOT PERMITTED to be driven on Township streets. Driving an unregistered vehicle and driving a vehicle without inspection are just two violations the operator can be charged with.
At this time, the streets in Scenic Ridge Development are private; if the developer permits golf carts that is his decision, however once the streets are dedicated to the Township golf carts will no longer be permitted on the streets in Scenic Ridge.
