Westchester County Police - Traffic Safety Reminder 
Hit the brakes!
Schools are opening up in our community, the County and the region this week. The WCPD reminds you to please be alert so kids don't get hurt. Please watch for children walking to school, at bus stops, at crosswalks, and boarding and exiting school buses.
Traffic Safety Reminder: When the red lights are flashing on a school bus, traffic traveling in all directions MUST STOP. When the yellow lights are flashing on the bus, please slow down and prepare to stop.
The WCPD wishes all students, teachers and staff headed back to school a safe and rewarding year despite some of the additional challenges you may be facing due to the additional coronavirus safety measures.
