Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Homicide Bureau is continuing to investigate the shooting death of a male adult. The incident was reported Wednesday, September 16, 2020 at approximately 6:08 p.m., on the 6100 block of E. Allston Street in East Los Angeles.
Deputies from East Los Angeles Station responded to an ally behind the 6100 block of E. Allston Street in East Los Angeles. Upon their arrival, they discovered a male black adult victim who was suffering from at least one gunshot wound to the upper torso.
The victim, a male Black in his late 30s, was transported via ambulance to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.
The investigation is ongoing and there is no additional information available at this time.

The victim was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
