Hydrant Flushing today 9/29/20 from station 26 to station 28 along Ion. We are doing this due to some poor water quality complaints in this area and to help maintain good quality water in the distribution system. During this maintenance exercise we will note any problem valves or hydrants so we can plan any necessary repairs if needed. Every five years we flow test all the Hydrants. Good fire flows helps keep your homeowners insurance rates as low as possible.

You may experience some brief periods of discolored water and fluctuations in water pressure during this flushing exercise.

Please refrain from using water during this time. Water will clear and pressure will resume to normal once our crew has moved out of the area.
