Burlington County Health Department will be hosting its Flu Shot Thursdays. We will be providing flu shots for adults and teens (13 years and older) through our Drive Thru clinics at various locations throughout the County from 9 am to 11am. We will be providing flu shots for children (6 months to 12 years) through our Walk Up clinics at our Health Department (Westampton) from 2pm to 4 pm. Our clinics will run from Thursday, 9/24/2020 to Thursday, 1/14/2021. Please note that our first clinic scheduled for Thursday, 9/24 is open to both Adults and Children. Please see flyer for details.
Signed Consent Forms will be required and residents are encouraged to print out and bring the completed form with them to the clinics. The Adult and Children forms are available online at: http://www.co.burlington.nj.us/355/Flu-Information
