A transformer malfunction has caused a significant area around Charter Circle and South Highland Avenue to lose power. Addiditonally, due to Fire Department and Con Edison activity, South Highland Avenue is closed between Revolutionary Road and Rockledge Road. Use Revolutionary Road to avoid the closure.
