Happy October! As we embrace the season, the Santa Clarita Sheriff Station unfortunately will not be hosting our annual Haunted Jailhouse due to Covid-19 restrictions. This year, however, we will be teaming up with the City of Santa Clarita and participating in the “Haunted Highway” drive-thru experience taking place Thursday, October 29th and Friday, October 30th, 6 PM - 10 PM.
Although tickets are sold out for this event, the City of Santa Clarita is still looking for participants to take part in “Scarecrow Alley,” a community scarecrow contest. Participants are encouraged to create a scarecrow which will be displayed in the Haunted Highway experience and judged on various categories.
